If you wish to cancel your ticket then it can only be done by mailing at support@thrilleasy.com. Any applicable refund will be processed in a reasonable time.   

No, you are not required to print the ticket. Mobile tickets are accepted by all the tour operators working with thrilleasy.

If you require a GST invoice then please mail us at support@thrilleasy.com. Our accounts team will provide you the same at the earliest possible time.

If the tour policies allow re-scheduling then you can mail us on support@thrilleasy.com and the requested date will be given or other alternatives will be provided.
